Mitch is an experienced business leader with a track record of creating growth for organizations; in revenue, profit and people. Over 25 years of professional experience in enterprise software, mergers & acquisitions, corporate strategy, risk management & compliance, emerging markets, market development and financial management.

Ed Bryant is the Founder and a Senior Partner at Sampford Advisors. Ed has over 27 years of experience including over 16 years in Investment Banking with Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley in Hong Kong, Singapore and New York. In that time, Ed raised in excess of $20 billion in equity and debt capital and completed over $10 billion in M&A transactions. Prior to founding Sampford, Ed held the CFO and VP of Corporate Development positions for three years at Conversant. Ed holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies from Sheffield University in England.

Boris Petkovic is Partner at Sampford Advisors. Boris joined Sampford in 2016 shortly after completing his undergrad at Carleton University where he enrolled in the Bachelor of Commerce program with a concentration in Finance. During his undergrad, Boris also completed two co-op work terms, passed Level I of the CFA Program, and undertook two empirical research studies. In his tenure at Sampford, Boris has helped facilitate over $1 billion of M&A and financing transactions

Andrew is an Associate at Sampford Advisors, joining the team in 2023. Andrew received a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a concentration in Finance from Carleton University. During his undergrad, Andrew was an intern on CIBC’s Corporate Development & Strategy team, an analyst on MD Financials’ Multi Asset Management Team, and a sector manager on the Sprott Student Investment Fund.

Guillaume is an Associate at Sampford, joining the team in 2023. Guillaume received his Honors Business Administration degree from the Ivey Business School at Western University. In his undergrad, he was the Co-President at DECA Western and worked for various startups. Prior to joining Sampford, Guillaume was an Analyst at an executive compensation consulting firm.

Jacob is a Business Development and Marketing Representative at Sampford Advisors, joining the team in 2024. Jacob received his Honors Bachelor of Commerce degree with a concentration in Finance from the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa. During his undergrad, Jacob completed multiple co-op work terms, including a position as a Business Unit Cost Analyst in the telecommunications industry.
